Through the contact form, we process:

• email address
• message content
• optional: selected package (ID)

The source of this data is you, the user.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Purposes:

• responding to your inquiry and business communication
• customer support and preparing an offer
• establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest – communication), and if we enter into discussions towards a contract, also Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps).

4. Data recipients

We may share data with processors for the following services:

• Email delivery provider — handling of contact form submissions.
• Hosting and infrastructure provider.
• OpenStreetMap (tile servers) / Leaflet — rendering map tiles to display location.

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
